OUR MISSION: GREAT TASTING BEEF

Our mission started one evening when a few of us were discussing the vast quality and taste difference between typical supermarket beef and the fresh beef that our families enjoy at home. We know that our beef is fed on our own farm. We know it is processed by our local butcher after being dry-aged – just the way it’s been done for generations. And, we know our beef tastes significantly better than the beef we’ve tried from the supermarket, when our freezer was empty.
